HarsMarg single-cut wire EDM machines are organized for buyers who need to select equipment by working envelope and workpiece capacity. The current range covers the DK7720 through DK77160, with listed X/Y travel from 200 × 250 mm to 1600 × 2000 mm and table-load capacities from 100 kg to 6000 kg. Maximum workpiece thickness varies by model, so a larger X/Y travel does not automatically mean a greater allowable workpiece height.
Start with the largest X/Y dimensions of the part and allow practical clearance for clamping and setup. Next, check the worktable dimensions, table-load limit and maximum workpiece thickness. Taper requirements, target tolerance and required surface roughness should then be reviewed against the selected machine configuration. The listed maximum cutting taper for this range is ±6° / 80 mm. Accuracy inspection is specified according to GB/T 7926-2015. X8, AutoCut or HL control systems can be supplied depending on the machine configuration.
For smaller work envelopes, compare the DK7720, DK7725 and DK7735. The DK7745, DK7755 and DK7763 cover progressively larger travel and table loads. For large and heavy workpieces, review the DK7780, DK77100, DK77120 and DK77160. Always confirm the individual model’s travel, worktable, load and thickness limits rather than selecting by model number alone.
