✦ Medium-Speed Multi-Cut Wire EDM
The DK7763C/T is a medium-speed reciprocating-wire EDM machine designed for first-cut and trimming operations. Its control system supports four-axis coordinated cutting on X, Y, U and V, together with multiple trimming cuts.
✦ Machining Capacity
The machine provides 800 × 630 mm X/Y travel, a 1140 × 750 mm worktable and a 1,000 kg maximum table load. The specified maximum workpiece thickness is 600 mm.
✦ Cutting Performance
The specified maximum cutting speed is ≥150 mm²/min. Actual cutting speed and surface finish depend on the workpiece material and thickness, wire diameter, working fluid, machining parameters and number of trimming cuts.
✦ Surface Finish
The specified surface roughness is Ra ≤ 2.0 μm after the first cut and Ra ≤ 0.8 μm after trimming cuts.
✦ Machining Accuracy After Trimming
For the specified 40 mm-high, 28 mm regular octagonal test piece, dimensional deviation after trimming is 0.009 mm across the vertical section and 0.010 mm across the horizontal section.
✦ Mechanical and Electrical Configuration
The component list specifies P3-grade HIWIN ball-screw assemblies and HIWIN linear guideways. Bearing options are NSK (Japan) or HARBIN (China). Available controller options are HF Integrated CNC and Autocut CNC. Electrical component brands and origins vary by item and configuration; refer to the component table and final quotation for the confirmed build.
The DK7763C/T uses an HT300 resin-sand cast structure and supports medium-speed, multi-cut reciprocating-wire EDM. Coordinated cutting is performed on the X, Y, U and V axes. The Z axis is not presented as a fifth coordinated cutting axis. Final controller, bearing, servo and electrical-component selections are confirmed in the machine quotation and configuration list.
The DK7763C and DK7763T differ primarily in their machine-bed structures. Compared with the C-type bed, the T-type bed offers a modest improvement in structural stability and is better suited to applications with more demanding stability requirements. The most suitable configuration should be selected according to the workpiece, operating conditions and required machining results. ✦ From the date of delivery, the supplier provides a one-year mechanical warranty. Under normal operating conditions, the supplier is responsible for free maintenance and replacement of spare parts; however, consumable parts, wear parts, and tools are not covered under the warranty.
✦ After the one-year warranty period, the supplier will provide the necessary spare parts for repairs and offer repair services at reasonable charges.
The supplier shall provide free on-site training for 1–2 technical personnel at supplier’s site, with a duration of 1 to 2 days.
